At Cassedy Candles, every order is handled with care, and we want your experience to be smooth and joyful.

Processing Times
We carefully prepare and pack each order with love. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to handcraft and ship your items. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

·         Delivered via USPS

·         Flat rate: $7 for orders under $75

·         Free shipping for orders $75 and above

·         Delivery times may vary depending on your location

·         You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

·         You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

·         Delivered via USPS

·         Flat rate: $12 for packages 0–5 lbs; $20 for packages 5.01–10 lbs

·         Delivery times may vary depending on your location

·         You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is scanned by USPS, delivery is out of our control. If your package is missing or delayed, please contact USPS directly. We’re happy to assist where we can.

Returns & Replacements
Because our candles are handcrafted, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us at cassedycandles@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

·         Your order number

·         A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
