What types of candles do you offer?

We create luxury scented candles made with a high-quality soy wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks for a clean, long-lasting burn.

How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt edge to edge on the first burn, burn in a draft-free area, and limit burn time to 3–4 hours.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 10 oz candles burn for approximately 85+ hours. Actual burn time may vary based on use and environment.

Can I reuse the candle jar?

Yes! Once fully burned and cleaned, jars can be reused for décor, storage, or plants.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and selected method.

What is your return policy?

Because our candles are handcrafted, we do not accept general returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package easily.
